Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and an encrypted (hashed) version of your password. We never store your password in plain text. When you purchase a license, we may collect transaction identifiers for payment verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and maintain the GoldFlow service: to authenticate your account, deliver license keys, send verification codes, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions are managed via signed JWT tokens, and all sensitive communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Access to your account requires email-based verification for sensitive operations.

4. Cookies & Storage

We use browser session storage to maintain your login state during a session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Session data is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Resend for transactional emails (verification codes, license delivery). Payments via FunPay are processed through their platform under their own privacy policy. Cryptocurrency payments are processed on their respective blockchains.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support. Upon account deletion, all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a license for GoldFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License Grant

Upon valid purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the GoldFlow panel on one (1) device at a time. The license is bound to your hardware ID (HWID) upon first activation. You may reset your HWID through your account profile.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your license key with others. One license key may only be used by one person on one device. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing license keys is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the GoldFlow software; attempt to bypass license verification; use the software for any illegal purpose; redistribute or resell the software or license keys without written authorization.

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and instant license key delivery, refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues that prevent the software from functioning. Payments via FunPay are subject to FunPay's own terms and dispute resolution. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature.

6. Updates & Support

Your license includes free updates for the lifetime of the product. We provide support through our Discord community. While we strive to maintain the service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and revoke your license if you violate these terms, including but not limited to: sharing license keys, attempting to circumvent protections, or engaging in abusive behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoldFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall GoldFlow or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of GoldFlow after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
